I've always thought that there was more to this game of life than meets the eye - some grand mystery.

My life has been a search for my answers and it has been the journey to this moment. 

A journey of realising that my answers are not out there - they are within me now - just as your answers are within you. 

It's easy to look out into the world and believe that what's out there is the cause of it all. All the happiness and the sadness - the problems and the solutions.

But we are each the key to our own happiness - the key to our own solutions.

Along the way I have become a Reiki Master, a bio-energetic therapist, a LifeSuccess Consultant, a Holistic Life Coach and a Certified Clarity Practitioner.

I spent 10 years working in IT in software houses and in the insurance and pharmaceutical corporate sectors - in the UK and in Switzerland.

And these experiences have all been avenues for me to experience more of mySelf.
